Anti-Slavery seeks an experienced French-speaking consultant to lead an evaluation of a four-year project addressing land conflict between communities affected by forced migration and slavery in Mauritania - please find more details in
terms of reference
. We wish to understand what happened during the course of the project and what effects the project had on the situation, in order to help all project stakeholders learn from the experience.
We welcome creative suggestions for evaluation methods to generate detailed responses to the questions in the terms of reference, drawing on the words and experiences of project stakeholders. The consultant should be available between August and October 2013, when this evaluation is scheduled to take place.
